You can port to Wintergrasp from Dalaran, by the portal room. That is if the battle has already started or if you are defending the keep. WebAs horde you can use the mount from the blight bat quests in ice mist village to land on the mountain next to the air elementals then jump down into winter grasp, die, and be teased by the spirit healer who still acts as a bg spirit guide (I.e will res you at the gy after a few seconds with no armour penalty).
