Guild members present may use the summoned "Guild Chest" unless they still have neutral guild reputation, preventing newcomers from taking immediate advantage but allowing most members to use it. They reduce a player's need to travel to a bank, but, due to their long cooldowns (often an hour or more), they do not completely remove it.
