Webb13 dec. 2012 · The other thing is, the honey does give the skin a bit of a sweet taste. So if you are partial to a bit of skin and would prefer it not to be sweet, you could leave the honey out. The butter should be enough to brown it. I would recommend it to everyone not sure about how to cook the perfect Turkey.
