WebI imagine this has to do with the new crowd AI/features. I turned out crowd density and it seemed to help, but man, I was getting 30-40 fps in city center, I used to be a smooth 50-60 before. My CPU usage has been around 70-90% since launch, 3600x. I also lost about 10 fps on average everywhere.
