I am surprised at how much I like the ETS EC 125 for lack of vibration, ergonomics, and dust collection; and there’s no doubt that you can change it to 150 mm (6 inch) with just changing the pad. WebMar 6, 2024 · Agreed, the electrical outlet setup on the Festool dust extractor sucks. It drives me nuts having to plug the cord back in 10 times a day. They should put a locking mechanism on it so the cord doesn't come loose. Maybe the vac hose with the sleeve works better. I use velcro to tape the cord to the hose.

The system has such powerful dust collection that if you run the CT22 at full strength, the sander almost sticks to the wood surface, especially when there's a new dust bag installed. hjms style
