WebChirp signal detection using FFT peak frequency difference [Correspondence] Abstract: A new method was proposed for chirp signal detection and estimation built on the frame-based fast Fourier transform (FFT). The proposed method uses the peak frequency difference between FFT frames to detect a chirp signal and estimate chirp rate. WebRectangular Chirp. First, visualize pulse compression with a rectangular pulse. Create a one-second long pulse with a frequency f0 of 10 Hz and a sample rate ... Calculate and plot the Fourier transform of the complex conjugate of the time-reversed pulse and the noisy signal. Multiply the two pulses in the frequency domain and plot the product. ...

WebMay 22, 2024 · I am trying to make a fft for a chirp signal with a frequency range of 15-25 MHz over a period of 10 micro seconds. When I attempt to plot the power vs. the frequency, I end up with a "square"-like wave from 15 MHz to 25 MHz and another one from 25 MHz to 35 MHz. I only need to generate the one wave that is from 15-25 MHz.
